If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
We do NOT accept returns of Poncho Pal clothing that has been purchased at any retailer other than www.ponchopalsusa.com.
To return merchandise, simply fill out the exchange/return that is included with your purchase. Place the merchandise in the original package and use the return address label that is provided with your order.
Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or other carrier of your choice (insured). If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Currently, Poncho Pals ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Please add $10.00 shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. We may not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us for international orders.

Phone or email orders: Poncho Pals accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for phone or email orders. Our phone number is 818.758.9771. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY EMAIL. Please include your complete billing address with your order.
Poncho Pals is required by law to charge California residents 7.75% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
